[Resolved] 2018-05-24 Automox Currently Experiencing Database Issues


Automox is currently experiencing issues on the database which can cause the following symptoms. 

  • Device compatibility checks failing 
  • Devices failing to check in with the Automox server
  • Devices display names not showing up in console
  • False positive for devices showing disconnected in the console

This issue is being worked by Automox engineering as the highest priority.  We will update this announcement as we have more.
