09:16 MDT: We're currently investigating login issues with the platform. We will provide more information shortly in this article.

10:01 MDT: Login to the platform has been restored. We're continuing to test the platform, and will have more information following regarding root cause.

15:33 MDT: Postmortem - Investigation of the login outage this morning found a scheduled process that failed to complete in its regularly scheduled interval causing increased load on our systems.  We have isolated this process and have added monitoring and logging to detect future issues. We have also added additional capacity to our webserver clusters to further scale our platform and deal with any unexpected load.
