It is possible to configure individual software patches or configure an action to happen for all available software patches for that device. These methods are described here:

Configuring Individual Software Patches on a Device

The following actions can be taken to configure an individual software patch available on a device.

  1. Go to the Devices page.
  2. Click the name of the device to open the Device Details page.
  3. From the Software section, you can use the Filter field to search for software.
  4. Click the Actions drop-down list associated with the software. The options are described in the following table.
  5. When you select an action, a window allows you to confirm any action selected.

The following table describes the possible configuration actions that can be applied to individual software. 

Configuring All Available Software Patches on a Device

You can decide to select an action that will apply to all available software patches for a device. 

  1. Go to the Devices page.
  2. Click the name of the device to open the Device Details page.
  3. From the Software section, go to the bottom of the page.
  4. Click the Patch All drop-down list. See the following table for details.
  5. When you select an action, a window allows you to confirm any action selected.
  6. Click Start to follow through on the selected action. A confirmation message appears before the action is applied.

The following table describes the configuration options available that can be applied to all available software for this device.
